Banana spider, so named because of its color. Common name for two entirely different types, one found in North America which is common in southern states and is not poisonous. This is the "Phoneutria" or Central - South American specie which IS poisonous. Thousands of people have been hospitalized in Brazil from bites in urban areas even though it dwells mostly in the rain forests - perhaps deforestation has something to do with this. The two glowing "dots" are the reflections of the camera flash off its eyes. Very spooky! Looks like it has a goatee too.
